Some covers below have excess value. The stamps issued in 1999 circulated until 2004, after only stamps with Euro value are accepted. However, there was a machine in Estoril that gave these rates even in 2004, when ATM machines in the rest of the country were issued stamp in Euro currency. Cover with stamp from 1999 sent in 2000.
