Some covers below have excess value. The stamps issued in 1999 circulated until 2004, after only stamps with Euro value are accepted. However, there was a machine in Estoril that gave these rates even in 2004 , when ATM machines in the rest of the country were issued stamp in Euro currency. Cover with stamp from 1999 sent in 2000.
